Movie Review - Mr.Koch and Our Revolution
The movie I chose to review this time is Der ganz groβ Traum. "Mr, Koch and Our Revolution. I watched this movie for the first time because I was working on the NIPPON TV has program "Film Heaven". So I was very impressed.I want everyone to know about it.
This is a German movie. It was released on February 24, 2011 in Germany and on September 15, 2012 in Japan. The director is Sebastian Globler, the script writer is Philip Ross Johanna Stuttmann and the production company is German Film. The main character is Konrad Koch who is called the father of football in Germany. This part is acted by Daniel Brühl. The film's genres are drama and sports.
The film's synopsis is when the protagonist Koch came back to Germany. He was an English teacher pioneer in a German school and he taught students to play football and learn English. But he taught more than just English. At that time, most of the upper class students could attend school in Germany. And only one working class child, "Johas" was in that class. When Koch came, Johas was the only classmate who was bullied in that class, and so Koch taught the class the spirit of "Fair Play" through football. Koch and the students deepened their bonds as they overcame a pinch. In the end, football became well known in Germany!
The interesting part of this movie is where the students cooperation develops. There are many interesting scenes such as scenes where the bond between teachers and students deepened. My favorite scene is the scene where the students get together to play football, make a goal, play football, or have fun when they aren't allowed to play football. I also like the way in which children work out a lot of solutions in order to get football recognition.
Please see and feel it!
